Trip to the Farmer's Market

Don't you love farmer's markets? Look at all the good stuff I found there -- at 7:00 a.m. -- I might add. You know what I'm going to do with all that okra --- more good Brunswick Stew and fry the rest with the green tomatoes.

The man who harvests this honey from his own bees also grew and shelled the pecans (by hand!) you can see in the first picture. He asked me to taste the different kinds of honey before I decided which one I wanted. He had Mesquite & Prickly Pear (who knew?), plus a lot of others I can't remember. There was a subtle difference in the flavors, and I liked the Sunflower best -- as you can see.

Just look at this basket full of goodness. There are a few fakes thrown in with the real veggies. Can you tell which ones ;-)?
